Welcome to FreshService!

This Service Desk is a web based application where you can:

· Submit new IT support requests

· Review and reply to existing tickets

· Search for solutions to common problems

 

To use FreshService, you can login with your Active Directory username and password (This is the account that you use to login to your PC or Citrix).

We have migrated tickets from Track-IT to FreshService. If you believe that any of your existing requests are not appearing in FreshService, please notify the Support Center and we will investigate.
