The reason this was occuring was because the export to AX was happening at the time of shipment and also at the end of the day.

Open UPS WorldShip

Select the "Import-Export" tab

In the "Export" category select "Automatic Export --> Export During End of Day --> "Off".

If "Off" is not selected then it is export something at the end of the day, which is probably not something that we want.
